And you will be front and centre of the whether it's as first point of contact; helping guide a patient through a complex course of treatment or in surgery delivering treatment - delivering the "laid back vibe" for which we are known is what we love doing.
A qualified dental nurse with experience across all dental treatments, you will also have experience front of house in a reception or treatment coordination role.
No two days will feel quite the same, and your work but they will all involve you in making every patient’s experience with us simple, smooth & effortless. Whether dealing with a new or existing patient routine enquiry, a request for emergency dental assistance, explaining cost and payment options for a treatment or working with a clinician to plan the steps of a complex extended treatment, your ability to listen and understand each patient’s unique questions & concerns will ensure they feel understood and well informed.
Qualifications, skills & experience

- experience across all areas of dentistry as a nurse
- understanding of the importance of customer experience;
- communications skills;
- teamwork;
- curiosity and keenness to learn; &
- general IT skills
