Spotlight Case Management
We are looking for a dynamic Team Administrator to work part time as part of our growing team.
Please note: Shortlisting will take place on Monday the 20th of July 2026 and interviews will be held on Friday the 24th of July 2026. Please ensure that you are available on this date for an interview when applying.
Are you confident, motivated and self driven? Do you have experience working as part of a small team? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
You need to able to think on your feet, support case managers and senior managers, and be able to converse with legal and clinical professionals along with our clients, parents and extended family. This will require you to undertake a variety of clerical and administration duties applicable to the company and work collaboratively with the Spotlight team to meet the needs of the service, following policy and procedures.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 09:30 - 12:30 (15 hours/week). Flexibility around the times may be negotiable. Please note that this is not a term time post.
Permanent contract, holiday pay and pension scheme. Paid on your birthday whilst you take the day off.
Rate of pay is £13.50 per hour
Full Enhanced DBS will be undertaken together with references.

Job Description Team Administrator

The purpose of the Team Administrator is to provide support to the Case Managers and Senior Management within the company with a variety of administrative tasks.
You will provide direct support to ensure that the role:
Meets the needs of all clients and families
Ensures targets and deadlines are met
You will:
Use QUNOTE recording system
Use a digital platform for care records
Set up and maintain personnel files
Provide accurate data to inform compliance with company requirements in relation to induction and training.
Apply for DBS Certificates
Send for References
Receive and make relevant phone calls
Support managers with requested/relevant paperwork
Attend MDT/Other meetings to take minutes
Type up minutes for distribution in good time
Ad-Hoc administration including accurate recording of information and activities, shredding and scanning of confidential paperwork
Effectively manage own time and workload
