We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Whether you're an experienced CDP or a Commis Chef ready for the next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work with a supportive team, and grow your career within an expanding hospitality group.
Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and rewarding kitchen environment.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the kitchen team, taking responsibility for your section and ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to company standards
- Managing your designated section during service
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with the preparation of seasonal menu items and specials
- Working effectively as part of a team during busy service periods
- Helping to train and support junior kitchen team members where appropriate
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef looking to progress
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, hardworking, and organised
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
