Job Description
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGN/RMN).
This role offers night shifts, providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents while working within a professional and supportive environment.
You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medication and treatments safely
- Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care documentation and reports
- Support and supervise care staff where required
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care
- Follow safeguarding, infection control, and clinical policies
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care
- Ability to work night shifts
- Previous nursing experience preferred
