The Role
As New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results. You will drive new vehicle sales performance while ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Driving new vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessory performance.
- Monitoring sales activity, forecasting performance and managing departmental KPIs.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to maximise their potential.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Maintaining full compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and driven leader with a proven track record in automotive sales management.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role.
- A strong record of delivering sales performance and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
