Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Operatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring environments are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a clean and organised space.
1 x Operative 5pm till 7pm Monday to Friday
1 x Operative 5pm till 7pm Monday to Friday
Due to the nature of the site candidates must be 18 + years
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any damages or issues
Skills
- Fluency in English to effectively understand instructions and communicate with team members and clients
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients during visits
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and report any issues promptly
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards consistently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
