Overview
We are looking for a confident, friendly and professional Beauty Therapist to join our busy aesthetic clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on treatments and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, helping to grow our facial treatment bookings, and assisting our doctor during laser facial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and providing an outstanding front-of-house experience.
- Managing appointments, answering enquiries and assisting with bookings.
- Building and promoting our facial treatment diary through excellent consultations and client recommendations.
- Performing professional facial treatments to a high standard.
- Assisting the doctor during laser facial treatments and ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and maintained.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and infection control.
- Recommending suitable skincare products and treatment plans.
- Supporting the wider clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (Level 3 preferred).
- Friendly, confident and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about skincare, facials and aesthetics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Sales-minded with the ability to build client relationships and promote treatments.
- Previous experience within an aesthetics or medical clinic is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
