MULTI SKILLED LABOURER / LANDSCAPING OPERATIVE WANTED
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Multi Skilled Labourer to join our growing team working across landscaping, gardening, exterior maintenance and general property improvement projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants long-term progression within a growing business.
### Duties Include:
- Landscaping and garden projects
- Fencing, patios and groundwork assistance
- Garden maintenance and clearance
- General property maintenance
- Loading/unloading materials
- Working alongside a team and independently
### What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking and motivated attitude
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to use initiative
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Experience in landscaping, gardening or maintenance preferred but not essential for the right person
### Progression Opportunity:
This role is intended to progress into a Team Leader position, including:
- Lone working responsibilities
- Running projects and managing jobs
- Increased pay and responsibility
