We’re working with a respected independent lettings business in Manchester looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to completion
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating repairs, compliance and remedial works
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
About You
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Residential Property Manager
- Strong understanding of residential lettings and tenancy management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive and customer focused
