We are currently seeking experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Duties:
- Meet and greet all customers. The first point of contact for customers both attending the site in person and on the phone.
- Quoting and selling the services of the site to all customers. This takes in purchasing parts, booking jobs into the depot, invoicing, taking payments and ensuring the best possible customer service is given to the customer at all times.
- The administration for the depot, following the company processes for purchasing and invoicing through our IT system. Then managing the resulting paperwork, scanning and filing.
- Managing web bookings for both tyres and MOTs into the workflow of the site.
- The building and organisation of job sheets for all jobs taken on, ensuring parts are ordered in advance for all jobs booked in.
