Dragon Suites is a growing luxury serviced apartment business based in the heart of Edinburgh. We develop and operate beautifully designed apartments across Edinburgh’s West End and New Town, providing guests with high-quality stays and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on operational experience within a fast-paced property and hospitality business. The role offers real responsibility from day one and would suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and maintaining high standards.
The Role
The role will involve a mixture of:
* Guest communication and support
* Apartment inspections and quality control
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Coordinating operational tasks across apartments
* Inventory and furnishing checks
* Supporting the day-to-day running of our Edinburgh portfolio
* Working closely with the operations team to maintain high standards across all properties
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Highly organised and detail-focused
* Proactive and responsive
* Confident communicating professionally with guests and contractors
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Practical and solutions-focused
* Keen to learn and grow within a growing business
* Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
Hospitality, tourism, property or business graduates are encouraged to apply.
