We supply and install bespoke timber windows and doors throughout the UK and we are seeking a Saturday showroom assistant to be based at our beautiful showrooms in Esher and Teddington, rotating between them both on a weekly basis.
The working hours are Saturday 9am - 1pm, ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Parking is nearby and its pay and display
The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensure our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving customers an excellent first impression.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will understand brand image and be passionate about the customer experience, along with being committed, punctual and friendly. Interpersonal skills are essential, and computer skills an advantage. Customer awareness and a customer centric approach to all interactions are essential.
