Newtonfirst are recruiting on behalf of our client a Mutli-award winning operator with some great hotels across the country.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our client's luxury hotel. This pivotal role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and the highest standards of service across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring flawless service delivery and adherence to luxury standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Implement and maintain SOPs to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest and employee experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager (or similar role) in a luxury hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering world-class hospitality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
