Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our apprenticeship team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting suitable apprentices to match employer requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in lead generation, relationship management, and applicant tracking systems within a dynamic environment. The Recruitment Officer will play a vital part in shaping our curriculum and ensuring we attract apprentices through innovative sourcing strategies and effective communication.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential apprentices using social media management and other digital platforms.
- Manage applicant tracking systems .
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for employers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Organise recruitment events, career fairs, and social media campaigns to enhance employer branding and candidate outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports on key metrics for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process.Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation techniques specific to human resources or sales environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and external partners.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term connections with potential candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for sourcing talent via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
