We are seeking an experienced Front of House team member for our aesthetic clinic in Baker Street and Moorgate. This vital role supports our mission of delivering outstanding client experiences and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle client feedback and ensure their needs are met.
- Assist in promotional activities and clinic events as needed
- Diary management
- Stock ordering and stock management
- Qualifications
- Proven clinic experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of cosmetic or medical clinic operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
