MI Hair & Beauty and Beauty in Community CIC are expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate VTCT Level 3 Nail Technology Tutor to join our dynamic team in Harlow.

Role Overview
You will deliver engaging VTCT Level 3 Nail Technology training to adult learners, supporting them with practical skills, theory, portfolio building and progression into work or self‑employment. This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality VTCT Level 3 Nail Technology sessions.
- Create engaging lesson plans, demos and assessments.
- Support learners with practical skills, theory and confidence‑building.
- Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.
- Maintain accurate records and funding paperwork (full training provided).
- Promote a positive, inclusive and empowering learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with our community salon and wider team.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- VTCT Level 3 Nail Technology qualification
- Strong industry experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident with basic IT
- Positive, supportive and learner‑focused attitude
Desirable (not essential):
- Assessor (A1/TAQA)
- CET or teaching qualification
- Experience teaching or training adults
