About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team at our nursing home in Sidmouth, EX10.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and support care staff, providing clinical guidance when required.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration with a valid RGN PIN.
- Previous experience working in a nursing home or elderly care setting is essential.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
- A caring, professional, and compassionate approach.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including weekends as required.
