Duties
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and specialised skincare procedures.
- Apply makeup with precision for various occasions, ensuring customised looks tailored to client preferences.
- Offer expert advice on skincare routines and recommend suitable products to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver personalised consultations to understand client needs and expectations thoroughly.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Assist in training junior staff members and sharing expertise to maintain high standards within the team.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed.
- Demonstrable skills in makeup application for various styles and occasions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience working in a professional salon or spa environment is preferred but not essential.
