Due to continued growth within our business, we are excited to be seeking a new Recruitment Consultant (experienced/trainee) to join our team based in Scunthorpe
The Role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant you will be delivering the highest possible standard of customer service to both our candidates and our clients
- You will work with businesses throughout Lincoln and surrounding areas with their recruitment needs and maintain strong and long lasting business relationships
- As a Recruitment Consultant you will help to source new business leads with the Sales Team and then develop and deliver well thought out and relevant marketing strategies in order to gain appointments and make introductions of Red Recruitment.
- Our Recruitment Consultants help, guide and support to our candidates throughout their job search from advising on their CV, discussing job opportunities and helping to prepare for interviews.
- We work with the up most professionalism and respect for colleagues, clients and candidates and deliver results.
- Our Recruitment Consultants match candidates to the right jobs and clients, and so fill vacancies within the commercial sector and in both temporary and permanent placements.
- Ensure all accompanying administration is complete and accurate and that the in-house database is updated consistently with all communications and activity.
The Candidate:
- You will be ambitious, motivated and driven by exceeding your targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Ideally, you will have recruitment experience and be confident in working within a fast pace and reactive environment however full training to become a Recruitment Consultant will be given.
- A track record within sales and a target based environment is essential for this role
- You will be a 'people's person' with the ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and managers within businesses.
- A team player who can work with initiative and tenacity to achieve results
- Due to the nature of recruitment, you must be flexible and willing to go above and beyond expectations for our customers.
