Mobilisation Executive
Location: Borehamwood (Head Office) - Working from home 2 days a week.
Reporting to: Mobilisation Manager
Working Arrangements: Monday - Friday / 9am-5.30pm
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation Executive to support the onboarding and mobilisation of new residential developments, as well as ongoing phases of existing sites.
This role is focused on ensuring all mobilisation activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time, helping to deliver a smooth experience for clients, residents, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including clients, outgoing managing agents, internal departments, and site teams.
- Manage and track mobilisation tasks through internal systems to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved.
- Support the successful onboarding of new developments by delivering tasks in line with company processes and KPI targets.
- Arrange and coordinate actions with colleagues and third-party suppliers where required.
- Produce and monitor mobilisation reports, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to improve processes and streamline workflows.
- Provide a responsive, professional, and supportive service to clients and customers.
- Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout each mobilisation project from start to handover.
- Prepare and issue written communications via email and post.
About You
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable using systems and keeping accurate records
- Previous experience in property, customer service, administration, or project coordination would be beneficial
