Bells Domestics is looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Office Assistant to join our busy team. This is a customer-focused role where you will play an important part in supporting sales and ensuring our customers receive excellent service both in-store and over the phone.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has great communication skills, and is confident using computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and sales administration.
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greeting and assisting customers visiting our showroom.
- Using our bespoke computer system to process orders, quotations, and customer information (full training provided).
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and paperwork.
- Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day tasks.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Handling both cash and card payments and keeping an accurate record.

- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and willing to learn our bespoke software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or office environment is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
