You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client base that includes local businesses, developers and investors.
The role will involve:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

Landlord and tenant matters

Lease negotiations and renewals

Development work and secured lending transactions

Providing strategic, commercially focused advice to clients
You will have:

2-5 years’ PQE in commercial property (or equivalent experience)

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

The ability to manage files independently
