Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation when needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant or pub environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Bar experience preferred
