About the Role
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our team.
You'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service from the moment our guests arrive until they leave, ensuring every visit to Pampa is memorable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive table service.
- Welcome guests and ensure they have an outstanding dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Make menu recommendations and answer guests' questions.
- Prepare and reset tables for service.
- Handle payments accurately using the till system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Support the bar team during busy service periods when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant waiting experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be available to work throughout the year.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
