What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing clinical assessments for complex care packages
- Building tailored care plans for adults and children
- Supporting new package set-ups and hospital discharges
- Training and mentoring care staff
- Working with families, case managers, commissioners, and MDTs
- Visiting clients in homes, hospitals, and community settings
- Supporting new business growth across the region
- Assisting with mobilisation of new care packages and referrals
- Helping develop relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Supporting the growth of high-quality complex care services that genuinely change lives
Who We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (RNC, RGN, or RNLD)
- Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven
- Commercially aware with an interest in leadership and growth
- Complex care or community care experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Happy travelling across London & the South East
- Driver
