Supervisor – Pizza Nerds, Peckham
Pizza Nerds in Peckham is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver great food and service every day. The successful applicant will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and upholding the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
What you'll do:
- Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help manage stock, payment handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
What we're looking for:
- Previous hospitality or restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong organisational qualities
- A positive, hands-on attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with POS systems, host systems, Alert65 and delivery platforms are a huge plus
