Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with prospective customers. Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and customer engagement
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategies
- Assist in organising marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development roles is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex ideas

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,000.00 per year
