About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
- Strong background in Wok cooking and Asian cuisine (Thai experience highly desirable)
- High standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ability to run a fast-paced service with consistency
- Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented

- Being second in command within a busy kitchen
- Run service and ensure consistency across all dishes
- Manage and develop the kitchen team
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety and cleanliness
