What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals and organisations across the UK
- Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market
- Identifying and engaging high-quality talent through multiple channels
- Managing recruitment processes from initial conversation through to placement
- Developing new business opportunities and growing client partnerships
- Leveraging technology, data, and market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors
- Creating and managing talent pipelines within highly specialised healthcare sectors
