Location: Bradbeers Department Store, Romsey
We are partnering with a well-established premium, fashion-led ladies footwear brand with over 50 years of heritage in delivering beautifully crafted, Italian-designed footwear and handbags to recruit a Part-Time Sales Advisor for an exciting new opening within a leading retail partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused retail professional to join a brand-new concession from launch and become part of a stylish, service-led team within a premium retail environment.
The Opportunity
This role would suit someone with experience in fashion, footwear, or premium retail who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine passion for styling and luxury products.
The brand is renowned for its elegant, trend-led footwear crafted from luxurious Italian leathers and suedes, with a strong reputation for quality, sophistication, and contemporary style. Their teams are passionate, fashion-focused, and committed to creating an elevated shopping experience for every customer.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice
- Support the successful launch of the concession
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with stock replenishment and stockroom organisation
- Support the wider team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with customers and the host store team
- Ensure the concession always reflects premium brand standards
What you’ll have:
- Previous experience within fashion, footwear, or premium retail
- A passion for footwear, styling, and customer service
- A confident and friendly communication style
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
