I’m recruiting on behalf of a long‑established law firm with a strong presence in Rhyl. Their Litigation Department is expanding and now seeks a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join the team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role offers excellent scope for progression and the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the department.
The firm is open to applications from solicitors with a solid background in civil litigation. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and provide clear, effective legal advice across a broad range of contentious matters.
Key Areas of Work:
- Civil disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Contentious probate
- Landlord and tenant matters
- General litigation case management from instruction to resolution

- Qualified solicitor
- Confident managing a broad caseload independently
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client care skills
