Site Acquisition Manager
East England
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Commission: £500 per signed lease + £1,000 per purchased property
- Target: 3 leases per month
- Contract Type: Fixed-term – 1 year
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Location: East England (Extensive travel required)
- Expenses: Reimbursement of fuel, car insurance, hotel/Airbnb accommodation, and dinner expenses.
- Mandatory: UK full driving access and access to own vehicle

The Role
You will take full responsibility for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing premium retail locations for future GoldUnion branches. Working independently, you will build strong relationships with estate agents, landlords, and property professionals while leading negotiations to secure commercially advantageous lease agreements.
This role is ideal for a driven property professional who thrives on finding opportunities, negotiating favourable terms, and contributing directly to the growth of a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and visit high-potential retail locations across West England.
- Source and secure premium retail premises in prime, high-footfall town and city centre locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, landlords, and other property stakeholders.
- Proactively identify both on-market and off-market opportunities.
- Lead negotiations of Heads of Terms and secure favourable commercial agreements.
- Liaise with legal advisors to ensure the efficient progression and completion of lease agreements.
- Work closely with the Country Manager to ensure locations meet operational, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, negotiations, property evaluations, and completed agreements.
- Monitor market activity and competitor locations to identify strategic opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in commercial property acquisition, property sourcing, or real estate.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of securing favourable commercial terms.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify high-value opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to drive extensively across West England.
Desirable
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with compliance and verification software.
- Experience using Google Workspace applications.
