guest experiences? Hostelle London is looking for a Hostel Manager to lead our team and
ensure a welcoming, safe, and vibrant environment for our guests.

Hostelle is the leading women-only hostel in London, known for its friendly atmosphere,
strong community feel, and commitment to safety and comfort for women travelers. Our
London branch is part of a growing network across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
As our Hostel Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations. Your role includes:
- Guest Relations: Create a warm and welcoming space, ensuring guests’ needs are
met and concerns are resolved promptly.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of dedicated staff. Provide training,
mentorship, and oversight to ensure a high standard of service.
- Daily Operations: Oversee check-ins/outs, reservations, and housekeeping to
maintain smooth day-to-day running.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to attract new guests
and strengthen our online presence.
- Budget & Planning: Manage the hostel’s budget efficiently, ensuring resource
optimization and financial health.
- Events & Community: Organize fun and meaningful events that foster a positive and
engaging guest experience.
- Facility Management: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all facilities are
clean, safe, and in top condition.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or hostel/hotel management (preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the UK
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Creative mindset – especially for event planning and guest engagement
- Problem-solving approach and proactive attitude
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and cultural connection
