Care Practitioners – Northampton Children’s Home

About Us
We currently operate two homes - Hawking House a 3 bedroom EBD home and Nightingale House both at Ofsted Good. We our opening our third home in Northampton and are looking for experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic Care Practitioners to work with us to build a successful, able, and supportive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our homes, build a dedicated and supportive team, and work towards achieving Outstanding outcomes for our young people.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, both with proven track records of achieving Outstanding ratings with Ofsted.
Our large homes provides residential placements for up to three children, aged 8 to 18 years, within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.
What We’re Looking For
The most important quality we’re looking for is that you genuinely enjoy spending time with and supporting children.
You’ll also bring:
- Great communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
- A caring and resilient nature
- Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins as part of a rota
- A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care (or the willingness to work towards one)
- A full UK driving licence

Requirements:
