Dunbar Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bicester that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 for the full academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is looking to become part of a friendly school community and make a real impact in Key Stage 2.
The Role
- Full-time Year 4 Class Teacher
- Full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, assessment and reporting
- Long-term position for the full academic year
- Supportive leadership team and established KS2 team
- September 2026 start
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting all learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
