About the role:
This is a front of house role, where you will be required to become the central point of contact between Consultants, Nurses, and our Patients. The successful candidate will be a professional and committed individual with relevant experience working in a front-of-house capacity, ideally within a private clinic/hospital; however, we would consider applications from individuals that have experience and a passion for patient/customer care within sales, retail or hospitality.
Job Specification:
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to all patients.
- Manage appointments and clinic schedules via internal systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Respond to patient enquiries, coordinate bookings, and support patients throughout their journey.
- Process payments accurately and complete daily financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Work closely with clinical teams to support efficient patient care and service delivery.
- Ensure reception and clinic areas are clean, organised, and well stocked.
- Support stock management, clinic operations, and coordination of events such as open days.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an administrative, support or front of house position.
- Previous experience working with a client or patient database.
- Invoice processing/cashiering experience
- Interest in fertility sector/healthcare
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
