Make the extraordinary, everlasting - with us.
At EC, we create extraordinary experiences in complex, fast-paced environments - and safety underpins everything we do. As Group Health & Safety Officer, you’ll take ownership of how we embed consistent, practical and robust safety standards across the business, ensuring that our people, partners and clients are protected at every stage.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on creating rigour, consistency and accountability across our London operations, our South Bermondsey facility, and global event delivery.
About the Role

Working closely with operational teams, you will translate policy into action - bringing structure, clarity and accountability to how safety is managed in real-world environments.
You will collaborate closely with the Group Compliance Manager, particularly in areas of shared responsibility such as ISO standards (including ISO 45001), audits and broader compliance frameworks, ensuring a joined-up and effective approach across the business.
