Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with minimum 2yrs experience to support the General Manager with the daily operation of the pub - Lead shifts and ensure smooth service during busy periods - Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation - Assist with staff supervision, training, and motivation - Manage stock control and maintain quality across our beer offering - Ensure licensing, health & safety, and company policies are followed - Help drive sales and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
About You- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within a busy pub or bar is essential - A strong understanding of beer and pub culture is highly desirable - Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment - A driven personality with a hands-on approach to service - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Reliable, organised, and able to work evenings and weekends.
