BoilerJuice for Business is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales executive to join our team. The B2B Sales Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth for BoilerJuice for Business by engaging with prospective commercial customers, understanding their fuel requirements, and promoting tailored energy solutions.
This is a target driven role requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and a customer focused approach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively contact potential business customers through cold calling using a provided database to introduce and promote BoilerJuice products and services.
- Handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers, providing clear and accurate information on products, pricing, and service benefits.
- Deliver structured and persuasive sales pitches, using approved scripts to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify and understand customer needs by asking relevant questions, enabling tailored solutions that meet specific business requirements.
- Accurately record customer interactions, sales activity, and account details within the company CRM system.
- Manage and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience and protecting brand reputation.
- Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales or Telesales environment (energy or fuel sector experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in CRM data entry.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance focused environment.
The postholder is also required to:
- Develop a strong understanding of the B4B proposition in the market
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple sectors and regions
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the systems used for ordering and problem-solving.

Location:
This role is based onsite at the BoilerJuice office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, 5 days per week.

- Saint Ives PE27 4AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- B2B sales or telesales: 1 year (preferred)
