The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our small and dynamic team. You’ll have a passion for creating great content, a knack for coordinating memorable events, and hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (primarily Meta). This is a fast-paced, "hands-on" role that would suit someone ready to take the next step in their career, offering you the autonomy to bring fresh ideas to the table while working within a supportive, friendly environment. You will be part of our in person team based in Norwich
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and produce website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and case studies. You will shape content that resonates with our audience of learners, educators, and stakeholders.
- Paid Social: Plan, manage, and optimize paid and organic social campaigns, with a focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Events: Coordinate logistics for events from planning through to on-the-day delivery, representing Tech Educators and engaging with attendees and partners.
- Reporting: Manage marketing KPI data and maintain accurate records to support informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For (Essential Criteria)
- Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar hands-on role.
- Demonstrable experience creating content across multiple formats (web, blog, social).
- Working experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads).
- Experience coordinating or attending events.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a small business setting.
(Desirable: Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or CMS tools; experience in the edtech sector.)

The successful applicant will be required to complete and obtain a DBS check from the Vetting and Barring Bureau which Tech Educators will pay the cost of.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
