Restaurant Manager – The Open Arms Hotel (Dirleton)
We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run our restaurant.
This is a lead-from-the-front role — managing day-to-day operations, driving revenue, controlling costs, and delivering great guest experience.
What you’ll do:
- Run FOH, restaurant & bar
- Manage the team and daily service
What we’re looking for:
- Proven hospitality management experience
- Commercial mindset (understands profit, not just service)
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on
