Temp Head Concierge/Duty Manager

£15 to £18 per hour DOE plus Accrued Holiday Pay at 12.07%
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused TEMPORARY Head Concierge/Duty Manager to to focus on running the front of house and service delivery of a mansion block in Central London comprising of just over 200 apartments. The Head Concierge/Duty Manager will deliver a high-quality concierge-style service, maintain property standards, manage staff and contractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and lease covenants. You must have direct experience working in the residential sector with strong leaderships skills as you will have a team of Security/Concierge and Security Supervisor who are all employed by a third party. You should also have team management skills, excellent time management, excellent communication skills, and be a competent user of IT.
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
