*Exciting Dental Nurse Opportunity - Gentle Dental Care Droitwich**Monday-Friday, & ad-hoc Saturdays
We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Dental Nurse to join our dedicated team and contribute to the continued success of our 2 surgery dental practice. Your role will include being Infection Control lead and you will be responsible for stock management and ordering
- We are looking for a candidate with prior Dental Nurse experience
- Someone who has the ability to guide and support a Nursing team to provide a fantastic patient journey
- Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service
- work well with a team of dental nurses, ensuring excellent care and support for both patients and clinicians.
- Provide direct clinical support during dental procedures, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve patient care, processes, and practice efficiency and smooth day to day running of the practice
- Ensure infection control protocols and health and safety standards are strictly followed
- Understand practice policies for CQC requirements
- If possible have experience in stock management and ordering to ensure consistent availability of essential supplies. Manage stock, order supplies, and oversee inventory to maintain a well-equipped practice
- contribute in performing audits and compliance and making sure all checklists are up to date
- Have strong organisational, and communication skills and lead by example to other colleagues.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- GDC Registration & Nursing Qualification is essential for the position
- Have at least 1 years dental nursing experience
- Experience with EXACT software (not essential)
- Have up to date Hep B certificate, DBS check and CPD with right to work in UK
