We are seeking a confident, professional, and personable VIP Hostess/Waitress to join our dynamic club team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our VIP guests in a high-energy nightlife environment. This role requires a polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit.
- Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently within VIP areas and private tables.
- Provide personalised service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable VIP section at all times.
- Work closely with bar staff, management, and security to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with table reservations, VIP arrivals, and bottle service presentations.
- Build positive relationships with guests while representing the venue professionally.
- Handle guest enquiries confidently and provide information about drinks packages, events, and promotions.
- Ensure all licensing, health, safety, and venue procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a nightclub, bar, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy nightlife environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
