Medication Pathway / Clinical Lead
As Titration Clinical Lead, you’ll step into a senior, high-impact role at the heart of our ADHD titration servicecombining advanced clinical expertise with real leadership influence in a fast-growing, digital-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the go-to clinical authority for complex and high-risk prescribing decisions, confidently leading on escalated cases and providing expert guidance across the service. From medication optimisation to side-effect management, you’ll ensure every prescribing decision meets the highest standards of safety, quality and patient care.
You’ll support and develop our Prescribing Leads, providing supervision, building confidence, and driving consistency across the team. Working closely with both clinical and operational colleagues, you’ll help shape a collaborative, high-performing service.
You’ll also have the opportunity to influence how the service evolves. By identifying trends, contributing to governance and policy development, and leading quality improvement initiatives, your insight will directly shape patient pathways and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Requirements:

Registered healthcare professional (NMC, GMC, GPhC or equivalent)

Independent Prescriber

Significant experience in ADHD prescribing, including managing complex cases

Strong clinical judgement with confidence in decision-making

Experience supporting, guiding and developing other clinicians

Solid understanding of governance, safeguarding, and incident management

Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
