As Operational Manager, you will play a central role in leading a complex and developing service, with responsibility for operational delivery, service performance, workforce leadership, quality, governance, and ongoing improvement.

Lead the operational delivery of the Specialist Perinatal Service across Greater Manchester.
Drive high standards of quality, safety, performance, and governance.
Provide visible leadership to multidisciplinary teams, supporting staff and service delivery.
Work in partnership with clinical leaders and wider system partners to strengthen pathways and improve outcomes.Lead service improvement and development in line with local priorities and national policy.
Use data and performance insight to monitor delivery and inform improvement.
Provide senior operational oversight, including participation in the on-call rota.
