Salary, Commission & Benefits
- Starting from £13 - £16 per hour (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission on targets and retail sales

Working Hours
- Full time and part time roles available
- 20 to 40 hours per week
- Flexible shift patterns (8 hour or 10 hour shifts)
- Weekend availability is essential
- Part time applicants must be available at least 3 days including weekends
Key Responsibilities
As a Beauty Therapist at Adorn Beauty, you will:
- Deliver high-quality treatments with excellent customer care
- Maintain strong client relationships and consultation standards
- Recommend treatments and retail products confidently
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-footfall salon
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times
Required Skills & Treatments
You must be confident in performing:
- Manicure and Pedicure (including Shellac / Gel Polish/BIAB Nails)
- Massage treatments
- Threading and Tinting
- Waxing (including intimate waxing preferred)
- Facials and skincare treatments (HydraFacial, Dermalogica Facials, Crystal Clear, and Elemis Facials)
- Eyelash Extensions (Individual, Russian, Hybrid and Cluster Lashes)
- LVL Lash Lift
- Laser Hair Removal Treatments
- Body Sculpting Treatments
- Mesotherapy
Additional advanced treatments are a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Beauty Therapist
- Experience working in a busy salon environment
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Valid UK work eligibility
