· Order OEM, aftermarket and approved recycled parts in line with repair methods and insurer requirements.
· Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities without compromising repair quality or compliance.

· Proactively identify backorders and supply issues before they impact workshop schedules.

Technical Parts Accuracy
· Interpret Audatex, GT Motive and repair estimates accurately.
· Validate part numbers, supersessions and repair requirements.
· Resolve incorrect parts, shortages and fitment issues quickly.
· Liaise directly with technicians and VDA staff regarding repair requirements.
Inventory & Parts Control
· Manage goods-in, allocation, storage and traceability of all repair parts.
· Ensure every part is correctly receipted, labelled and assigned to the relevant repair job.
· Control returns and credits to maximise recovery and avoid missed return deadlines.
· Carry out regular stock reconciliation and inventory checks.
· Maintain an organised, efficient and audit-ready parts department.
Commercial Performance
· Monitor parts spend and procurement performance.
· Drive reductions in parts costs without affecting repair quality.
