Please note, these roles are on a self-employed basis.
To support our clients in various stores, mainly throughout the south, with refits/range changes/store support with a high standard of merchandising support, primarily through stock replenishment and planogram implementation works.
Requirements:
To arrive fit for work and punctual, dressed appropriately.
Complete tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
Merchandise stock to specification, in line with schedules, plans and time frames. Profile shelving, install equipment or implement bespoke display stands. Complete any stock counting or removal operations as per brief. Complete re-working of fixtures in store as per brief and line plan.
Work in a safe and tidy manner, ensuring shop floor remains clear and tidy.
Deal with all customers in a polite and courteous manner.
Communicate with Line Manager on any operational issues on site.
Any other duties requested by Line Manager.
Education/Qualifications:
Basic numeracy and literacy ability.
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential - Working as part of a team. Working to deadlines and targets.
Desirable - Previous retail experience.
Behaviours/Attitudes:
Able to work both individually and as part of a team. Self motivated. Punctual. Well presented. Hard working approach. Prepared to travel. Courteous.
Additional:
Flexibility with regard to work hours. Ability to work shifts - nights and weekends required on occasion. Must be able and willing to stay away Monday to Friday. Can provide references and ID.
Important note, this is a zero hour contract job, however, it is scheduled to go through to at least December.
