Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our UK team. Based out of our Crawley office, this hybrid role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients across London and the South/East of England. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value from their partnership with ERGOS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) to align IT strategy with client business goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent ERGOS as a trusted advisor and technology partner.
- To provide regular two way communication between the client and the team, providing strong team representation and setting client expectations
- Effective interaction with other departments when handling project, ensuring that you are fully briefed in all aspects
- Be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and adherence to contract deliverables
- Handle new accounts, upgrades and renewals
- Ensure account plans for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client and the account, from the point of handover from the business development manager
- Ownership of the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
- Maintain knowledge of payment collections of existing clients and interact with accounts department to resolve issues
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable
- Create and deliver client presentations and proposals
- Documenting meeting minutes
- In depth knowledge of company’s services
- Internal point of access for any client third parties involved in the process of ERGOS’s services

Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a sales role within the IT industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, MSP offerings, and sales principles. Familiarity with EOS is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
Ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels

Additional notes
Travel will be required over 50% of the time to customer and potential customer sites; based around South and South-East of England, including London.
